These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter, the "Agreement" or "Terms") constitute a legally binding contract between you (hereinafter, "Player," "User," or "you") and meryph (hereinafter, "meryph," "we," "us," or "the Company"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at https://meryph.org and all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by meryph, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

meryph reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes acceptance of those revisions. Players are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

To register and maintain a meryph account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This age threshold is mandated by PAGCOR for casino-style online gaming and is non-negotiable. Misrepresentation of age constitutes fraud and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
2. Legal Capacity: You must be legally capable of entering into binding contracts under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines and your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Residential Status: You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by local law. Players in such jurisdictions access the Platform at their own legal risk, and meryph bears no liability for any legal consequences arising from such access.
4. Self-Exclusion Status: You must not be subject to any voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order, whether issued through meryph, PAGCOR, or any other competent gaming authority. A player who registers while subject to such an order will have their account immediately closed and any winnings forfeited.
5. Identity: You must register using your true and accurate personal information. Anonymous registrations and registrations using another person's identity are strictly prohibited.

Each natural person may register only one (1) account with meryph. The registration of multiple accounts by a single individual, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. meryph employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate registrations, including cross-referencing government identification documents, mobile numbers, device fingerprints, and IP addresses.

Upon discovery of duplicate accounts, meryph reserves the right to:

• Permanently close all accounts associated with the individual;
• Void all pending withdrawals, active bonuses, and promotional credits;
• Retain any deposit funds pending investigation as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations;
• Report the matter to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where fraud is suspected.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTP) issued to your registered mobile number. meryph will never ask for your password or OTP through any communication channel. Any account activity conducted using your credentials is deemed to have been authorized by you, and meryph bears no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by your negligence in credential management.

meryph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the payment channels listed on the Platform, which currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, InstaPay, Visa, and Mastercard. Available payment methods are subject to change at meryph's discretion with notice to players.

Deposits:

• The minimum single deposit is ₱100 (Philippine Peso) via GCash. Minimums for other channels may vary.
• Deposits are credited to your meryph wallet upon confirmed clearance from the payment provider. GCash deposits typically credit instantly.
• meryph does not charge a deposit fee. Third-party transaction fees imposed by your bank or e-wallet provider are your responsibility.
• You may only deposit funds from payment instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱100. Maximum withdrawal amounts may apply and are disclosed on the Platform.
• Withdrawals to GCash are typically processed within three (3) to ten (10) minutes following approval. Processing times for other channels may differ.
• KYC verification, including submission of a valid government-issued photo ID, must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed. meryph reserves the right to request additional documentation.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to payment instruments registered in the same name as your meryph account. meryph will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• meryph does not charge a withdrawal fee. However, your payment provider may impose charges.

meryph offers various promotional programs including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, daily reload offers, weekly cashback programs, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

1. Each promotion is available to eligible players only and may be restricted by geographic location, account standing, deposit method, or game category.
2. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x means you must wager the bonus amount ten times). Specific wagering requirements are disclosed in each promotion's individual terms.
3. Bonuses have an expiry date. Any unwagered bonus funds and associated winnings that remain at expiry will be voided automatically.
4. meryph reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, where required by regulatory obligation or to prevent abuse.
5. Abuse of promotional systems — including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, exploiting technical errors, colluding with other players, or using automated software to generate wagering activity — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for account termination and forfeiture of all balances.
6. In cases of dispute regarding bonus eligibility or calculation, meryph's decision is final and binding.

All games available on meryph are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through professionally trained live dealers operating from licensed facilities. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot and arcade games are disclosed in the individual game information panels.

By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept that:

• Gambling involves the real risk of monetary loss. meryph does not guarantee any return on your wagers.
• All game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems or live game mechanics and are not manipulable by meryph or by players.
• Any malfunction of a game or technical error voids all affected bets and pays. meryph will endeavor to notify affected players and apply appropriate corrections.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or AI-assisted wagering systems is strictly prohibited unless explicitly permitted in a specific game's rules.
• You will not exploit any identified software error or vulnerability. Discovery of such an error must be reported to meryph support immediately. Exploitation of software errors will result in account termination and winnings derived from the error will be voided.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the meryph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity entitles meryph to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice and to void any pending withdrawals or bonus balances:

• Registering while under the age of twenty-one (21);
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point during registration, KYC, or any other verification process;
• Creating or using multiple accounts, whether personally or through agents;
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, including proceeds of crime;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any transaction prohibited under Philippine AML law;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Using third-party software, bots, automated scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to engage in or monitor gameplay;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise manipulate the Platform's software;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing meryph staff, support agents, live dealers, or other players;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by local law and then seeking legal remedies in that jurisdiction against meryph.

meryph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and reducing harm associated with problem gambling. In fulfillment of this commitment and in compliance with PAGCOR requirements, meryph makes the following tools available to all registered players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, limits may be reduced immediately but increases are subject to a cooling-off period to prevent impulsive decisions.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure automatic session duration alerts. Upon reaching the set duration, the Platform will prompt the player to continue or log out.
• Auto-Spin Loss Limits: For slot games, players may set a maximum single-session loss amount after which all auto-spin activity is automatically halted.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary account suspension ranging from twenty-four (24) hours to six (6) months. During a cooling-off period, the player cannot log in, deposit, or wager.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or long-term exclude themselves from the Platform may do so through account settings or by contacting support. Self-exclusion is processed immediately and is irrevocable for the agreed period.

meryph may, at its sole discretion, impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where the Platform identifies behavioral patterns indicative of problem gambling, even in the absence of a player-initiated request.

Players experiencing difficulty with their gambling behavior are encouraged to seek assistance. meryph support is available twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week, to assist with the implementation of any of the above protective measures.

All content on the meryph Platform, including but not limited to the meryph brand name and logo, game interfaces, software, graphical elements, text, data, and promotional materials, is the intellectual property of meryph or its licensed third-party providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with this Agreement. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of meryph.

To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, meryph and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from participation in games of chance, which by their nature involve inherent risk of loss;
• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Losses arising from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to safeguard your credentials;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failure, maintenance, third-party provider outages, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, power failures, civil disturbances, or acts of government;
• Any inaccuracies in third-party game data or odds information.

Where meryph's liability cannot be fully excluded by law, its total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of the deposits made by you to your meryph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

meryph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of this Agreement;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity;
• Receipt of a regulatory directive from PAGCOR or a competent Philippine authority;
• Technical or legal necessity.

Upon termination for cause, meryph may forfeit any bonus funds, void pending withdrawals pending investigation, and retain deposit funds to the extent permitted by law and PAGCOR guidelines. Where an account is closed at the player's request without cause, any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered payment instrument within a reasonable timeframe.

Players may close their accounts voluntarily at any time by contacting meryph support through the Platform's live chat function or by sending a written request to the support email address disclosed on the Platform.

meryph collects, processes, and retains personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference and available at meryph.org/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy.

meryph processes personal data in compliance with Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) and the regulations issued by the National Privacy Commission (NPC). meryph may share data with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other regulatory or law enforcement bodies as required by Philippine law.

meryph may revise these Terms at any time and for any reason, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, business operations, or Platform features. When material changes are made, meryph will endeavor to notify registered players via the email address on file or through an in-Platform notification.

Revised Terms become effective immediately upon publication at this URL. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement, including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to meryph's customer support for internal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through internal processes within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism or to the appropriate Philippine court of competent jurisdiction.

Players acknowledge that gaming transactions are final and that the randomness of game outcomes cannot form the basis of a valid legal dispute where the integrity of the RNG system has been independently certified.
